Online Return Policies At Crystal’s Closet, we understand shopping online can be a daunting task. Will it fit? Will it look good with my complexion or hair color? What if I just don’t like it? Well, we try to minimize the challenges of online shopping. You can return any item within one week of purchase. Because the item(s) was out of our hands for that one week, we are subject to what is called opportunity cost, or simply put, the ability to sell it someone else. We cannot fully appraise what this cost is so we will assess a restocking fee for every item returned. The amount of this restocking fee will be equal to 15% of the value of each item over $20. The merchandise has to be returned in the same condition as it was received including all the tags still intact, no wear and tear or damage of any kind. We want to live up to our core value of providing a legendary buying experience and we will do our best to work with you. If we have in some way not lived up to your expectations, please let us know. However, for a business to survive and be successful, it requires customers who respect and adhere to these policies.
